END-OF-LIFE DOULA CARE
As an experienced and compassionate doula, I am trained to provide personalized support, guidance, and companionship during end-of-life journeys. I walk alongside individuals, offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to ensure a peaceful and meaningful transition.
I provide comprehensive support not only to the individuals going through end-of-life transitions but also to their families. Offering education, guidance, and emotional support empower families to navigate the journey with clarity and compassion.
REIKI HEALING
As a Reiki Master, I offer standalone Reiki healing sessions, designed to restore balance, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. Embracing the transformative potential of energy healing, I can also seamlessly integrate Reiki into our doula care services, harnessing its profound benefits for individuals navigating end-of-life transitions. By utilizing this gentle, non-invasive technique I can provide compassionate support and facilitate healing throughout your journey at any stage of life.
HEALING JOURNEYS
For those seeking alternative paths of healing and self-discovery, I offer facilitated journeys that integrate various modalities, such as meditation, breath work, and creative expression. These journeys provide opportunities for deep introspection, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.
I believe that life is a continuous cycle of growth, transformation, and renewal. Through meaningful conversations and reflective exercises, I help individuals explore and honor the different stages of their lives, finding deeper meaning and purpose within each transition.
